The transport of your package
Packages are generally within 1 to 8 weeks after receipt of your payment. Each piece is decorated by hand which explains the time to complete the shipment.
The standard shipping method is Mondial Relais for items by Ottmar Horl and GEODIS for other sculptures. Whatever the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online. At any time, you can follow the progress of your order using the tracking link received and decide for yourself the outcome of the delivery (delivery day, delivery time slot, change of delivery address (at the location work, at the relay point, with a neighbor .......)
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.
Packages are oversized and protected.
All products are delivered without warranty after unpacking. The delivery deadline varies according to their address. Count a delay of 1 to 8 weeks on average after the validation of your order and according to the products and models ordered
Recommendations to respect when delivering your package
Open the package and check the product before signing the delivery slip (paper or electronic). Do not be intimidated by the delivery person, refuse the package if it does not give you the opportunity to check it. Refuse any damaged product and note on the delivery slip "REFUSAL FOR DAMAGE". CAUTION The words "subject to unpacking" or "packaging in good condition" are not valid in the event of a dispute. Refuse any product that does not comply with your order (model, color, size). No complaint will be accepted in the event of non-compliance with these recommendations.
If despite this, you accept the package, or if the package has been delivered to a third party who has not opened it and therefore if the product contains an anomaly (breakage, model or color different from that ordered), you must send within 72 hours maximum from the date of receipt, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt as well as photos (to be sent to us by email). you then have 14 days to assert your right of withdrawal, that is to say for us return the product intact in its original packaging. the product having been accepted compliant, return costs are the responsibility of the buyer
